聚氨酯预聚体的制备及其对淀粉/PBS复合材料的影响

【摘要】 采用聚己二酸-2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇酯二醇和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)为原料,合成聚氨酯预聚体,其可以作为增容剂,提高淀粉/聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)复合材料的界面相容性。研究聚氨酯预聚体软段相对分子质量及预聚体含量对复合材料性能的影响,加入少量聚氨酯预聚体能显著提高复合材料的韧性。结果表明,以相对分子质量为3 000的聚酯多元醇制备聚氨酯预聚体,当聚酯多元醇含量为5%时,复合材料的断裂伸长率从4.19%提高至130.55%,冲击强度从4.01 kJ/m~2提高至8.19 kJ/m~2,复合材料的韧性得到显著提高,该复合材料未来可应用于餐饮材料领域。

【Abstract】 Poly(2,methyl-1,3-propylene adipate diol) and isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI) were used as raw materials to synthesize polyurethane prepolymer for compatibilizing starch/poly(butylene succinate)(PBS) composites. The effects of the molecular weight of the soft segment of the polyurethane prepolymer and the amount of the prepolymer on the properties of the composite were explored. Adding a small amount of polyurethane prepolymer could greatly improve the toughness of the composite material. The results showed that when the amount of the polyurethane prepolymer prepared by polyester polyol with a molecular weight of 3 000 was 5% of the mass of the composite material, the elongation at break of the composite material was increased from 4.19% to 130.55%, and the impact strength was increased from 4.01 kJ/m~2 to 8.19 kJ/m~2, the toughness of the composite material was greatly improved, and it was expected to be used in the catering material industry.
