区块链技术在纺织服装产品碳足迹追溯与核算中的应用

【摘要】 针对纺织服装产品碳足迹核算与评价中清单数据难以追溯来源、核算过程不透明、核算结果可追溯性的缺失等情况带来的核算成本高、核算过程的科学性和规范性缺乏监督及核算结果利用效率低等问题,有必要建立一个来源清晰、透明可查、保护企业隐私的纺织产品碳足迹可追溯核算方法。文章梳理纺织服装产品碳足迹追溯的研究现状,基于区块链特性和追溯应用研究现状,阐述了区块链应用于纺织服装产品碳足迹追溯的优势和挑战;结合纺织服装产品模块化碳核算方法,设计了基于区块链技术的纺织服装产品碳足迹追溯与核算的工作机制及系统架构,并通过实例数据展示了系统追溯过程,实现了产品碳足迹的“产品—模块—方法—源数据”追溯查询与控制访问。此外,总结了系统在建立组织及信息处理两方面的局限。

【Abstract】 As one of the major carbon emission contributing industries, the low-carbon transformation and emission reduction progress of the textile and apparel industry has attracted much attention. Many textile and apparel brands or enterprises have issued emission reduction or carbon neutral plans and carried out low-carbon sustainable development actions through the management of carbon footprint. In the carbon footprint accounting and evaluation of textile and apparel products, it is difficult for the inventory data to trace the source, the accounting process is not transparent and the accounting results are not traceable. Such a situation leads to high accounting cost, lack of supervision of scientific and normative accounting process and low efficiency of accounting results. It is necessary to establish a traceable accounting method for carbon footprint of textile and apparel products with clear, transparent and traceable sources and protection of enterprise privacy.This paper reviews the research status of carbon footprint tracing of textile and apparel products, and analyzes the limitations of a few researches and applications that use blockchain technology to trace the carbon footprint of textile and apparel products: the tracking method is not explained in detail and the transparency of the accounting process is not achieved; by summarizing the characteristics of blockchain and the current research status of tracing application, this paper expounds the advantages and challenges of applying blockchain to the carbon footprint traceability of textile and apparel products. Combined with the modular carbon footprint accounting method of textile and apparel products, the working mechanism and system architecture of carbon footprint tracing and accounting of textile and apparel products based on blockchain technology are designed. The product carbon footprint data, module carbon footprint data, module carbon footprint accounting methods and source data are traced. At the same time, the inefficiency and privacy leakage problems of typical blockchain are avoided by expanding storage and data access control mechanisms. This paper demonstrates the system tracing process through case data and verifies the system can realize the traceable query of “product-module-method-source data” and control access of product carbon footprint, and can establish traceable and transparent carbon footprint module library, realizing the efficient utilization of accounting results of textile and apparel products. In addition, the limitations of the system in organization and information processing are summarized.This paper proposes a carbon footprint tracing scheme for textile and apparel products based on the blockchain. Future research should pay close attention to the innovation and practical application of blockchain technology, and improve the availability and scalability of the blockchain tracing system through multiple chains, side chains and other ways. The paper can be used as the basis of carbon footprint tracing at the stage of consumer use and waste, and researchers can also take the traceability system and solution in this paper as the basis to explore the research in the fields of carbon management of the textile and garment industry, carbon emission trading, carbon financial investment, etc.
