【Abstract】 The research progress on the regulation of nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB) signaling pathway in rheumatoid arthritis by monomeric compounds of traditional Chinese medicine was reviewed. NF-κB is presented in a variety of cells and involved in the development of rheumatoid arthritis. By inhibiting the activation of NF-κB pathway, monomeric compounds of traditional Chinese medicine regulate the transcription of target genes and affect various biological behaviors such as cell proliferation, survival and expression of inflammatory factors, and play a therapeutic role in antiinflammatory, immune regulation and bone protection.更多还原
