【摘要】 给出了多边矩阵的块转置T运算的概念、基本定理以及代数性质。作为应用，研究了多边矩阵的块转置T运算和多边矩阵块的拉长Te、多边矩阵的块迹Tr的关系。

【Abstract】 The concepts, basic theorems and algebraic properties of block transpose operations for polygonal matrices are given. As an application, the block transpose T operation of polygonal matrix and the relationship between block length Te of polygonal matrix and block trace Tr matrix are studied.
