碱溶性聚酯(COPET)多孔纤维的制备及性能

【摘要】 为开发一种可量化生产的保暖材料,采用熔融纺丝工艺,基于碱溶性聚酯(COPET)碱处理后溶解致孔机理制备多孔纤维并测试其性能。结果表明:NaOH最优碱处理质量分数为4%,在该处理条件下获得纤维的碱减量、单丝拉伸断裂强度、线密度、结晶度和熔融温度分别为47.27%、1.89 cN/dtex、1.45 dtex、18.54%和227.84℃;纤维横截面孔隙较多且均匀,孔径集中分布在9~20 nm,整体性能可达到保暖絮片的制备要求。

【Abstract】 To develop a quantifiable new type of thermal insulation material, porous fibers are prepared and their properties are tested using a melt spinning process based on the pore formation mechanism of alkali soluble polyester(COPET) after alkali treatment. The results show that a NaOH mass fraction of 4% is the optimum alkali treatment concentration. Under this treatment condition, the fiber alkali reduction, single filament tensile fracture strength, linear density, crystallinity, and melting temperature obtained are 47.27%, 1.89 cN/dtex, 1.45 dtex, 18.54%, and 227.84 ℃, respectively; there are lots of uniform pores on the cross-section of the fiber, with pore sizes concentrated in the range of 9~20 nm, and the overall performance can meet the preparation requirements of thermal insulation wadding.
