【摘要】 总结余绍源教授采用调气法论治痞满的思路和经验。余绍源教授提出，痞满的根本病机为中焦气机不畅、清浊升降失调，具体病机可表现为“气机阻塞，升降失调”“中气逆乱，升降反作”“脾胃虚弱，升降不及”，临床患者可有胀满、上顶、下坠、窜逆等不同感觉。痞满的治疗不能仅投予理气药以行气消痞，应以辨证论治为指导，治以调气复运为法，使中气冲和、清升浊降，且需根据不同病邪之兼杂，配合燥湿、化痰、活血等法，以综合治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article summarized the thoughts and experience of Professor YU Shao-Yuan in treating syndrome of distention and fullness based on the therapeutic principle of regulating qi. Professor YU Shao-Yuan proposed that the underlying pathogenesis of the syndrome of distention and fullness is due to the inhibition of qi movement in the middle energizer and the imbalance of ascending and descending of the clear and the turbid. The specific pathogenesis can be manifested as“obstruction of qi movement, imbalance of ascending and descending”,“disturbance of the middle energizer qi,rebellion of ascending and descending”,and “weakness of the spleen and stomach, failure of ascending and descending”, and the patient may have different sensations such as abdominal distention,upward flow of qi,downward flow of qi,and irregular migration of qi. The treatment of the syndrome of distention and fullness should not only be based on the administration of qi-regulation herbs to promote the qi movement and relieve the distention,but also should be guided by syndrome differentiation and treatment.Therapy of regulating qi and restoring the movement of qi can be used for harmonizing the middle energizer qi,ascending the clear and descending the turbid. It is also necessary to adopt the methods of drying dampness,resolving phlegm and activating blood for achieving comprehensive treatment according to the complication of different pathogenic factors.更多还原
