【摘要】 血管平滑肌瘤是由血管和平滑肌组成的皮下或真皮深部良性实体瘤，以下肢多见，发生在颞浅动脉额支的血管平滑肌瘤尚未见报道。此类血管平滑肌瘤与该部位同样少见的颞浅动脉真性动脉瘤有些相似，临床诊断和鉴别具有挑战性。该研究报道1例经彩色多普勒血流显像筛查、CT血管成像和术中治疗确定为颞浅动脉额支真性动脉瘤，经病理检查纠正诊断为颞浅动脉额支血管平滑肌瘤的病例，供临床参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Angioleiomyoma is a subcutaneous or deep dermal benign solid tumor composed of blood vessels and smooth muscles, which is more common in lower limbs. Angioleiomyoma occurring in the frontal branch of superficial temporal artery has not been reported. This kind of angioleiomyoma is similar to the true aneurysm of superficial temporal artery, which is also rare in this area, and it is challenging for clinical diagnosis and differentiation. This study reported a case of true aneurysm of the frontal branch of superficial temporal artery confirmed by color Doppler flow imaging screening, CT angiography and intraoperative treatment, and diagnosed as angioleiomyoma of the frontal branch of superficial temporal artery by pathological examination for clinical reference.更多还原
