【Abstract】 In the new era, China’s higher education has shifted from the stage of high-speed development to the new stage of high-quality development.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have put forward the requirements for high-quality development of higher education, which cannot be achieved without financial support, assistance, and guarantee.In this paper, we manage to combine the connotation requirements of high-quality financial development at universities in the new era with the analysis of the difficulties in the development process, and propose the goal path, ideological path, practical path, and method path to achieve high-quality financial development at universities, which are interconnected and integrated.更多还原
