【摘要】 《中共中央国务院关于做好2023年全面推进乡村振兴重点工作的意见》明确提出，培育发展预制菜产业。预制菜首次写入中央一号文件，为产业发展注入了强心剂。目前，各省全力加快预制菜产业的发展。通过论文检索法，发现符合预制菜概念标准共92条，其中企业标准40条，团体标准52条，未发现国家或行业标准，该现象直接反映出预制菜标准不足的现状。因为产业的发展标准先行，需做好顶层设计。这说明我国预制菜标准建设迫在眉睫。通过分析当前预制菜标准建设的现状背景与当前存在问题，提出一系列切合预制菜行业标准建设问题的解决方案，为后续预制菜标准建设提供重要理论基础，并对该行业的发展具有一定指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Doing Well the Key Work of Promoting Rural Revitalization in 2023 clearly put forward to cultivate and develop the prefabricated vegetable industry. Prefabricated dishes were first recorded in the No.1 central document of the Central Committee of the People’s Republic of China,which has injected a boost into the industrial development. At present,all provinces are making every effort to accelerate the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry. Through the paper retrieval method,we searched the relevant standard construction,and found that a total of 92 standards met the concept standards of prefabricated dishes, including enterprise standard 40,group standard 52,found no country or industry standards. This phenomenon directly reflects the current situation of inadequate standards for prepared dishes. Because the development standard of the industry comes first,the top-level design needs to be done well. This showed that the standard construction of prefabricated dishes in China is imminent. This paper analyzed the current situation and background of prepared dishes,analyzed the existing problems of prepared dishes,and proposed a series of solutions suitable for the development of prepared dishes industry,which provided an important theoretical basis for the subsequent development of prepared dishes and had certain guiding significance for the development of the industry.更多还原
