【摘要】 领导力作为一种影响力，对大学生个体发展具有重要作用。基于2016年和2018年两期湖南省大学生发展数据，利用倾向得分匹配法，依据学生发展理论，从是否参与科研、科研参与类型两个维度，探讨本科生科研参与对大学生领导力发展的影响效用。研究发现：本科生科研参与显著促进大学生领导力发展；不同科研参与类型对大学生领导力发展具有异质性，其中参与课外科研和同时参与课内外科研对大学生领导力发展具有显著正向影响，且同时参与课内外科研对大学生领导力发展的净效用大于仅参与课外科研，而参与课内科研对大学生领导力发展的影响效用并不显著，据此提出了促进大学生科研参与的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a kind of influence, leadership plays an important role in the individual development of college students. Based on the development data of college students in Hunan Province in 2016 and 2018, this paper uses the propensity score matching method to explore the impact of scientific research participation on the development of college students’ leadership. According to the theory of student development, the research analyzes from two dimensions: whether to participate in scientific research and the type of participation in scientific research. The research finds that scientific research participation significantly promotes college students’ leadership development, and there is heterogeneity in the development of college students’ leadership with regard to the different types of scientific research participation, among which participating in extracurricular scientific research and participating in both in-class and out-of-class scientific research have a significant positive influence on the development of college students’ leadership. Furthermore, the latter has a greater net effect on the development of college students’ leadership. But the effect of only participating in in-class scientific research on the development of college students’ leadership is not significant. Accordingly, some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the participation of university students in scientific research.更多还原
