【摘要】 随着我国“民航强国”战略的实施和“智慧民航”建设的开展，迫切需要加快培养高素质的民航人才。然而，航空服务艺术与管理专业人才培养存在着目标定位与行业需求契合度不足、课程体系建设不完善、实践教学综合性不强、服务保障体系尚不健全等问题。普通高校应建构校企合作协同培养航空服务艺术与管理人才的模式，与企业共同研定贴近行业发展和企业需求的人才培养目标、建立产教融合的课程体系、构建综合实践教学体系、共建“双师型”师资队伍、协同完善服务保障体系，加快改革人才培养的思路与措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the implementation of China’s “Civil Aviation Power”strategy and the development of“Smart Civil Aviation”construction,it is urgent to speed up the training of high-quality civil aviation professionals. However,there are some problems in the training of aviation service art and management professionals,such as the lack of conformity between the target orientation and the industry demand,the imperfect construction of the curriculum system,the weak comprehensiveness of practical teaching,and the imperfect service guarantee system. Universities should build a model of school-enterprise cooperation in training the aviation service art and management professionals,work with enterprises to develop talent training objectives close to the industry development and enterprise needs,establish a curriculum system integrating industry and education,build a comprehensive practical teaching system,jointly build a“double-qualified”teaching team,coordinate to improve the service guarantee system,and accelerate the reform of ideas and measures for talent training.更多还原
