【摘要】 青年导师作为学校教学科研及人才培养的生力军，其队伍建设对于新时代高校打造高素质专业化创新型教师队伍具有至关重要的意义。以H校为例，对青年导师队伍建设存在的立德树人责任意识需进一步强化、育人指导能力需进一步提高、评价激励机制需进一步优化的现状进行了分析和思考，以问题为导向，从强化岗位管理增强青年导师立德树人的责任感和使命感、完善导师培训机制提升青年导师育人能力、推进人事制度改革优化青年导师评价激励机制等三个方面加强青年导师队伍建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 As a power force of teaching, research and talent cultivation, the team construction of young graduate student tutors is of great significance to build high-quality, professional and innovative teacher’s group for universities in the new era.
