【摘要】 目的 探讨基于微信雨课堂平台的以问题为基础的学习（problem-based learning,PBL）教学法与传统PBL教学法在内分泌科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法选取在连云港市第一人民医院内分泌科实习的医学生60名，按数字随机法分为试验组（30名）和对照组（30名），分别接受基于微信雨课堂平台的PBL教学法和传统PBL教学法。比较两组学生在理论考试、迷你临床演练评估（mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX）各项目得分和教学满意度等方面评价教学效果。结果 实习前，两组理论成绩和Mini-CEX各项目得分差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；实习后，试验组在Mini-CEX项目中的体格检查和临床判断方面得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；两组在教学满意度和教学主观评价方面差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）。结论 在内分泌教学实习中应用基于微信雨课堂平台的PBL教学法能取得与传统PBL教学法相同的教学见习效果，且能够提高理论成绩和临床技能水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of problembased learning(PBL) teaching method based on Wechat Rain Class platform and traditional PBL teaching in clinical teaching of department of endocrinology. Methods A total of 60 medical students who were practicing in the department of endocrinology in the First People’s Hospital of Lianyungang were selected and randomly divided into experiment group(n=30) and control group(n=30)according to digital random method. They were taught with PBL teaching method under the WeChat Rain Class platform and the traditional PBL teaching method, respectively, the teaching effect were evaluated by comparing the theoretical scores, mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)evaluation and teaching satisfaction between two groups.Results Before practice, there was no significant difference in theoretical scores and Mini-CEX scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After practice, compared with the control group, the experiment group only scored higher in terms of physical examination and clinical judgment in MiniCEX project, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in teaching satisfaction and subjective evaluation between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL teaching method based on WeChat Rain Class in the internship teaching of endocrinology can achieve the same teaching effect as the traditional PBL teaching method, and it can improve the level of theoretical achievements and clinical skills.更多还原
