【摘要】 目的 了解非麻醉专业住院医师规范化培训（简称“住培”）学员轮转麻醉科的现状，为改进非麻醉专业学员在麻醉科轮转学习提供思路和依据。方法 选取2018年1月—2019年3月在广西医科大学第一附属医院麻醉科轮转的非麻醉专业学员110名进行问卷调查，并对反馈问卷进行数据分析。结果 回收电子问卷110份，回收率100%。入科培训、轮转安排、教学活动、指导医师积极性、沟通、理论考核、技能考核、医德医风教育和人文等得到学员广泛认可。100名学员（90.9%）对培训效果满意。临床轮转安排（53.6%）、入科培训（31.8%）和指导医师（20.0%）为最需要改进方面。结论 基于非麻醉专业学员轮转麻醉科时间短，应制定个体化的学员轮转安排。应加强对学员工作态度和工作纪律考核。提高指导医师的积极性和教学技能也很重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the current situations of standardized residency training in anesthesiology department for non-anesthesiology specialty residents,and to provide ideas and basis for improving the rotation learning in anesthesiology for non-anesthesiology specialty students.Methods From January 2018 to March 2019,a total of 110 non-anesthesia specialty students rotating in the department of anesthesiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University were selected for questionnaire survey,and the data of the feedback questionnaire was analyzed.Results A total of 110e-questionnaires were retrieved,and the retrieved rate was 100%.The result showed that intern orientation,rotation plans,educational activities,clinical tutors’ enthusiasm,communication,theoretical and skill assessment,education in medical ethics and humanity were widely recognized in residency training.A total of 100 residents(90.9%) had greater satisfaction with their training effectiveness.Clinical rotation plans(53.6%),intern orientation(31.8%) and clinical tutors(20.0%) mostly needed to be improved.Conclusion Based on a short clinical anesthesiology rotation,individual rotation plans should be made in non-anesthesia specialty residents.Assessment of work attitude and work discipline should be enhanced in residency training.Improvement of clinical tutors’ enthusiasm and teaching skills is also important.更多还原
