【摘要】 目的 分析案例分析联合概念构图教学法在中医护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年3月—2022年3月在新疆医科大学附属中医医院进行实习的65名中医护士为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组30名，研究组35名。对照组进行概念构图教学法带教，研究组进行案例分析联合概念构图教学法带教。评估对比两组护生考核成绩、批判思维能力、自主学习能力、护理质量、教学满意度。结果 与带教前相比，带教后两组护生实践操作、理论知识、系统化能力、认知成熟度、开放思想、自信心、寻找真相、分析能力、求知欲、学习合作能力、信息能力、自我管理能力、应急能力、护理操作、服务态度、护患沟通、辅助合作评分均提升，且研究组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。研究组的护生教学满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 中医护理教学应用案例分析联合概念构图教学法可提升护生考核成绩、护理质量，增强批判思维、自主学习能力，且护生满意度较高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect of case analysis combined with conceptual composition teaching method in nursing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 65 Chinese medicine nurses who practiced in Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Xinjiang Medical University from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table, they were divided into the control group(30 cases) and the research group(35 cases). The control group was taught with the concept composition teaching method, while the research group was taught with case analysis combined with conceptual composition teaching method. The assessment results,critical thinking ability, self-study ability, nursing quality and teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with that before teaching, the scores of practice operation, theoretical knowledge, systematic ability, cognitive maturity, open mind, self-confidence, truth seeking, analytical ability,curiosity, learning cooperation ability, information ability,self-management ability, emergency ability, nursing operation, service attitude, nurse patient communication and auxiliary cooperation of nursing students in the two groups after teaching were improved, and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of nursing students in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of case analysis combined with conceptual composition teaching method in TCM nursing teaching can improve nursing students’ examination results, nursing quality, critical thinking and autonomous learning ability,and the nursing students’ satisfaction is high.更多还原
