【摘要】 专科医师规范化培训（以下简称专培）是在住院医师规范化培训（以下简称住培）基础上，继续深层次培养规范化、独立地从事专科疾病诊疗工作临床医师的必经之路。我国的专培尚处于实践阶段。文章结合浙江大学医学院附属第一医院呼吸与危重症医学科（pulmonary and critical care medicine,PCCM）专培的实践，总结出PCCM专培存在的问题如培训制度建立不完善、学员的认知度不够、科研能力薄弱，针对以上问题提出了科学合理的解决方案。本论文的目的在于探索适合中国国情的PCCM专培模式，以便更好地提升PCCM专科医师规范化培训学员（以下简称专培生）的培训质量，为完善我国毕业后医学教育提供重要依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The standardized training of specialized physicians is the only way to continue cultivating the standardized and independent clinicians engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of specialized diseases on the basis of the standardized training of resident physicians. The standardized training of specialists in China is still in the practice stage. Based on the practice of the standardized training of department of pulmonary and critical care medicine(PCCM) in the First Affiliated Hospital, College of Medicine, Zhejiang University, this paper summarize the problems in the standardized training of PCCM for example the establishment of the system is not perfect, the recognition of specialized training is not enough, and the scientific research capacity is weak. In view of the above problems, feasible and scientific and reasonable solutions are proposed, and further to explore the standardized training mode of PCCM that suitable for China’s national conditions.The purpose of this review is to improve the training quality of PCCM, and provide an important basis for improving China’s post-graduate medical education.更多还原
