生物专业大学生人格特征及对专业认同的分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨生物专业的大学生的人格特征及对专业的认同,以期达到促进心理健康的目的。方法 采取整群抽样的方法,2021年6月抽取衡水学院在校生中生物专业8个班级,包括大一至大四4个年级共540名进行艾森克人格问卷简式量表中国版及专业认同问卷调查。人格问卷分为精神质(P)、内外向(E)、神经质(N)和掩饰性(L)4个人格维度。专业认同问卷包括23个问题,调查大学生对专业认同的总分及大学生对专业认同的四因子,认知性、情感性、行为性及适切性,并探讨专业认同与人格特征的关系。结果 问卷全部收回,有效问卷537份,有效率99.44%。艾森克人格问卷调查显示在精神质(P)、内外向(E)、神经质(N)和掩饰性(L)四个人格维度在大一至大四年级,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。在专业认同方面显示大一至大四年级对专业的认同情况明显不同,与大一年级相比,大二、大四学生的认知性及适切性明显提升,高年级学生的学生行为性均有所增加,但大四的情感性较大一有所降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),进一步探讨发现不同人格特征学生在专业认同方面差异明显,外向学生对本专业的认知性、行为性及适切性均高于内向及中间型性格的学生,但性格中间型学生的情感性是最高的,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 生物专业大学生各年级并无明显的性格差异,但不同的人格对专业认同情况有差异。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the personality characteristics of college students in biology major and their recognition of the major, in order to promote the mental health of them. Methods In June 2021, a total of 540 students from 8 classes of biology major in Hengshui University, including four grades from freshmen to seniors, were selected for the Chinese version of Eencenck Personality Questionnaire and professional identity questionnaire, which were divided into four personality dimensions: psychoticism(P), introversion(E), neuroticism(N) and dissembleness(L) The professional identity questionnaire includes 23 questions to investigate the total score of college students’ professional identity, the four factors of college students’ professional identity, cognitive affective behavior and appropriateness, and to explore the relationship between professional identity and personality characteristics. Results All questionnaires were collected,537 valid questionnaires were collected, the effective rate was 99.44%. Eysenck personality questionnaire showed that there were no statistical significances in the four personality dimensions of psychoticism(P), introversion(E), neuroticism(N) and dissemble(L) in the freshman to the senior year(P>0.05) in the aspect of professional identity showed that the identity of majors from freshmen to seniors was significantly different. Compared with freshmen, the cognition and relevancy of seniors were significantly improved, and the student behavior of seniors was increased, but the emotion of seniors decreased, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), further discussion found that students with different personality characteristics had significant differences in professional identity. Extroverted students had higher cognitive behavior and relevance to their major than introverted and intermediate students, but intermediate students had the highest emotional feeling,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Conclusion There is no significant personality difference among biology majors in different grades, but different personalities have different professional identity.
