“新工科”背景下基于学科交叉的拔尖人才创新能力培养模式研究

【摘要】 随着“新工科”建设的不断推进,学科交叉的创新拔尖人才培养显得尤为重要。而博士生作为高层次创新拔尖人才的重要组成部分,对其进行学科交叉培养也已成为博士生教育改革的重要趋势。文中基于学科交叉拔尖人才创新能力培养要求,通过完善学科交叉型博士生的选拔模式,建立合理的学科交叉型博士生联合培养制度,组建多学科交叉的导师团队,实施跨学科导师联合指导制度,建设跨学科科研创新平台,提升研究生创新思维意识和创新能力。

【Abstract】 With continuous advancement of “emerging engineering” construction, it is particularly important to cultivate innovative top talents with interdisciplinary integration. As an essential part of high-level innovative talent cultivation, interdisciplinary training becomes a significant trend of the doctor-based educational reform. In this article, based on the requirements of cultivating innovative ability of top talents with interdisciplinary integration, efforts are made to improve the mode of selecting doctors, set up the rational joint-training system and the supervisor team, implement the supervisor joint-guiding system, construct the research innovation platform, and eventually, enhance innovation consciousness and ability of post-graduate students.
