【摘要】 基于演化博弈理论，探究了网络餐饮线上监管系统推广应用过程中商家、消费者和政府间的博弈关系。借助系统动力学方法进一步分析了相关因素对系统均衡的影响。研究结果表明，在网络餐饮线上监管系统推广的初始阶段，政府市场规制是拓展其市场应用规模的重要手段；消费者网络餐饮食品安全偏好是影响商家策略选择的关键因素；当加入网络餐饮线上监管系统的商家数量达到一定比例，且消费者网络餐饮食品安全意识普遍较高时，政府应降低规制强度，发挥市场的资源配置作用，实现博弈三方的利益共赢。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the evolutionary game theory, the game relationship among businesses, consumers and governments in the promotion and application of online catering supervision system is explored, and the influence of relevant factors on system equilibrium is further analyzed based on the system dynamics. The results show that government market regulation is an important means to expand its market application scale at the initial stage of the promotion of online catering supervision system. Consumers’ online catering food safety preference is the key factor affecting the business strategy choice. When the number of businesses participating in the online catering supervision system reaches a certain proportion and consumers’ awareness of online catering food safety is generally high, the government should reduce the intensity of regulation and play the role of market resource allocation,so as to achieve the win-win situation of the three parties in the game.更多还原
