【摘要】 目的：探究基于W2H2思维教学法改良PBL教学模式在推拿学教学实践中的应用效果。方法：选取2022—2023学年2020级针灸推拿学学生227例研究，按“班级”分为2组，一班对照组116人接受常规讲授式教学，二班观察组111人接受W2H2思维教学模式结合改良PBL教学模式，完成两组的平时成绩、实践技能成绩、问卷满意度调查、期末成绩等对比。结果：观察组学生平时理论成绩、发言讨论、技能水平考核以及期末成绩均高于对照组学生，观察组学生病情观察能力、配合能力、动手能力、调度能力、对教学的满意度分值高于对照组学生，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论：基于W2H2思维教学法改良PBL教学模式在推拿学教学实践中的应用能显著提高学生成绩和实践技能，有助于建立一套完整的推拿教学法评价体系，能够提高教学质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of improving PBL teaching mode based on W2H2thinking teaching method in tuina teaching practice. Methods: 227 acupuncture and moxibustion and massage students of grade 2020 in the 2022-2023 academic year were selected for the study. They were divided into two groups according to the “class”. 116 students in the control group of the first class received conventional lecture teaching, and 111 students in the observation group of the second class received W2H2 thinking teaching mode combined with the improved PBL teaching mode. The comparison between the two groups was completed in terms of their ordinary performance, practical skill performance, questionnaire satisfaction survey, and final performance. Result: The observation group students’ theoretical performance, speech and discussion, skill level assessment, and final grades were higher than the control group. The observation group’s disease observation ability, cooperation ability, hands-on ability, scheduling ability, and satisfaction with teaching scores were higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of improved PBL teaching mode based on W2H2 thinking teaching method in tuina teaching practice can significantly improve students’ grades and practical skills, help establish a complete evaluation system for tuina teaching method, and improve teaching quality.更多还原
