【Abstract】 In order to meet the calibration functions of piezoresistive pressure sensor, such as insulation performance test, static performance test and temperature performance test, this paper designs a multi-channel automatic calibration system for piezoresistive pressure sensor, and uses piston pressure gauge, high-precision temperature inspection instrument, multi-function calibrator and insulation resistance meter to form a high-precision verification system for testing and evaluation.The experimental results show that the test data meet the technical parameters of the automatic pressure calibration system.更多还原
