【摘要】 目的 研究疏肝理气膏的最佳提取工艺。方法 以出膏率为指标，采取单因素结合L₉（3³）正交表，选择加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素，每个因素设3个水平进行正交试验，优化疏肝理气膏的提取工艺。结果 根据单因素实验以及正交试验得出最优提取工艺为药材质量（g）∶12倍水量，提取4次、每次煎煮3 h。结论 优选的提取工艺合理可行，可用于疏肝理气膏剂的制备。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the best extraction process of Shugan Liqi ointment. Methods With the extract rate as the index, single factor combined with L₉（3³） orthogonal table was used to optimize the extraction process of Shugan Liqi ointment by selecting the amount of water added, the decocting time, and the decocting times as the investigation factors.Each factor was set up at three levels for orthogonal test. Results According to the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the optimal extraction process was obtained as follows: the quality of the medicinal material（g）∶12 times of water, 4 times of extraction, and 3 hours of decoction each time. Conclusion The optimized extraction process is reasonable and feasible, and can be used for the preparation of Shugan Liqi ointment.更多还原
