【摘要】 目的:观察护士集中化情景模拟培训对提高患者满意率的效果。方法:选取2018年7月—12月上海市长海医院特需诊疗科未经过集中化情景模拟培训的10名N2级护士和373例患者为对照组,选取2019年1月—6月特需诊疗科对该10名N2级护士进行集中化情景模拟培训后和2019年7月—12月收治的400例患者设为观察组,采用出院患者满意度调查表评价两组患者的满意度。结果:观察组的平均满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对护士集中式情景模拟培训,可提高患者的满意率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This is a survey to explore the effect of centralized simulation training on improving the satisfaction rate of patients.Methods A total of 373 patients from the Department of Special Diagnosis and Treatment of Shanghai Changhai Hospital from July to December 2018 were selected as control group.Ten nurses with grade N2 in the Department of Special Diagnosis and Treatment from January 2019 to June 2019 were selected as the training objects for centralized simulation training.400 patients from July 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The satisfaction questionnaire of discharged patients was used to evaluate the effect before and after the training.Results The average satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The effect of centralized simulation training can improve satisfaction rate of patients.更多还原
