【Abstract】 Post-infection cough is the most common cause of subacute cough, with unclear pathogenesis and lingering symptoms, which affects the quality of life of the patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of treating cough, which demonstrates definite therapeutic effect, with rich experience accumulated. This article introduces Professor He Chengshi’s experience in treating cough after infections from the etiology and pathogenesis, treatment and medication, and typical medical records. He believes that the core pathogenesis of cough after infection is wind pathogen lingering in the lungs and lung dryness injuring body fluid. The treatment should follow the principle of dispelling wind and moisturizing the lungs. The self-formulated Huanglong Zhike Prescription has definite effects and is worth learning.更多还原
