【摘要】 目的：探讨医院感染控制过程中护理管理的有效性。方法：从本院于2020年12月—2022年11月间收治的住院患者中，随机抽选118例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法，分为实验组和对照组，两组59例，对照组给予常规护理管理，实验组给予优化护理管理。结果：实验组的感染率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。在管理水平方面，干预后，实验组的感染防控、服务质量、责任划分、风险应对明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。实验组的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：在医院感染控制中，优化护理管理，效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effectiveness of nursing management in the process of hospital infection control. Methods: A total of 118 hospitalized patients were randomly selected from our hospital from December 2020 to November 2022. Used a random number table method, they were divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, while the experimental group was given optimized nursing management. Results: The infection rate in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of management level, after intervention, the infection prevention and control, service quality, responsibility division, and risk response in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In hospital infection control, optimizing nursing management has significant effects.更多还原
