【摘要】 为了探讨肉牛养殖户低碳生产行为影响因素，研究基于871份我国肉牛养殖户低碳生产行为及其影响因素的问卷调查数据，运用二元Probit模型考察环境规制和补贴政策对养殖户低碳生产行为决策的影响，通过调节效应模型分组解析环境政策调节结构效应。结果表明：环境规制、补贴政策及养殖规模在1%水平上对养殖户低碳生产行为具有显著的正向影响，但是环境规制对养殖户低碳生产行为的正向影响在整县推进和集中治理调节效应中存在弱化的现象；养殖户兼业情况、是否参与合作经济组织、是否参与技术培训、污染认知等变量在1%水平上对养殖户低碳生产行为也有显著的正向影响。基于此，本研究提出应完善低碳肉牛养殖政策法规，加强环境规制引导，提升政府补贴政策的激励作用，加大养殖户低碳技术培训及提升养殖户低碳生产意识促进肉牛养殖户低碳生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to explore the influencing factors of low-carbon production behaviour of beef cattle farmers, the study was based on a questionnaire survey of 871 national beef cattle farmers’ low-carbon production behavior and its influencing factors. The effects of environmental regulations and subsidy policies on farmers’ low-carbon production behavior decisions were investigated with the binary Probit model, and the effects of environmental policies on the regulatory structure were analyzed by the regulatory effect model. The results showed that environmental regulation, subsidy policy and farming scale had a significant positive effect on farmers’ low-carbon production behaviour at the level of 1%, but the positive effect of environmental regulation on farmers’ low-carbon production behaviour was weakened by the moderating effect of county-wide promotion and centralized management. At the level of 1%, farmers’ part-time employment, whether they participated in cooperative economic organizations, whether they participated in technical training, pollution cognition and other variables also had significant positive impacts on farmers’ low-carbon production behavior. Based on this, this study proposed that low-carbon beef cattle breeding policies and regulations should be improved, environmental regulation and guidance should be strengthened, the incentive role of government subsidy policies should be enhanced, low-carbon technology training and low-carbon production awareness should be enhanced to promote low-carbon production of beef cattle farmers.更多还原
