不同灌溉水温对西藏设施栽培草莓脱毒原种苗根区温度及生长的影响
Influence of Different Irrigation Water Temperature on Root Zone Temperature and Growth of Virus-free Strawberry Seedling Cultivated in Tibet
【摘要】 使用6种灌溉水温(5℃、10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃)对脱毒宁玉草莓原种苗进行灌溉,在24 h内测量10 cm处根区温度,连续浇灌1个月后测定草莓叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶片指标及叶绿素含量,发现15℃和20℃对基质的温度影响持续时间最短,叶绿素相对含量(spad)最高;5℃和30℃对基质的温度影响持续时间最长,叶绿素相对含量(spad)最低,分别为55.2、56.1。水温过低或过高都会对草莓苗生长产生不利影响,而适宜的水温可促进草莓苗生长。
【Abstract】 6 different irrigation water temperatures(5 ℃, 10 ℃, 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃ and 30 ℃) are used to irrigate the original seedlings of virus-free Ningyu strawberry. The root zone temperature of 10 cm is measured within 24 hours. After continuous watering for one month, net photosynthetic rate(Pn), stomatal conductance(Gs), intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci), transpiration rate(Tr), leaf indexes and chlorophyll content of strawberry leaves are determined. It is found that 15 ℃ and 20 ℃ have the shortest temperature effect on the substrate, and the highest chlorophyll relative content(spad). While 5 ℃ and 30 ℃ have the longest temperature effect on the substrate, and the lowest chlorophyll relative content(spad) is 55.2 and 56.1, respectively. Too low or too high water temperature will have adverse effects on the growth of strawberry seedlings, and suitable water temperature can promote the growth of strawberry seedlings.
