【摘要】 医疗健康志愿服务可以促进医疗卫生事业的健康发展。为健全完善医学生志愿服务体系，对1 410名医学生对志愿服务活动的理解情况、参与意愿以及对志愿服务的保障需求等展开调查。调查显示，大部分医学生主动要求参加志愿服务，积极性较高，服务社会及提升自我的意识强烈，能够明确志愿服务的责任与义务，树立了正确的志愿服务价值观。为进一步提高医学生志愿服务综合能力，应健全医学生志愿服务激励制度、保障医学生志愿服务资金、拓展医学生志愿服务内容、打造特色志愿服务品牌、完善医学生志愿服务专业化培训机制，以便充分发挥医学生学科专业特色和优势，扎实推进我国志愿服务高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Medical and health volunteer service can promote the healthy development of medical and health care. In order to perfect volunteer service system of medical students, the study investigates the understanding situation participation willingness and guarantee demands of volunteer service of 1 410 medical students. The investigation shows that most medical students volunteer to participate volunteer service, their enthusiasm is high, their society service and self improvement consciousness is strong, and they can clarify the responsibility and obligation of volunteer service, and establish correct volunteer service value. In order to further improve the comprehensive ability of volunteer service of medical students, it is suggested to perfect volunteer service incentive system of college students, guarantee volunteer service capital of medical students, widen volunteer service content of medical students, create characteristic volunteer service brand, and perfect volunteer service professionalization training mechanism of college students, in order to fully play medical students’ professional characteristics and advantages, and strongly promote the high quality development of voluntary service in China.更多还原
