【摘要】 目的 探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rb-bFGF)联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的临床效果。方法 选取100例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，各50例。给予对照组rb-bFGF治疗，在对照组治疗基础上给予观察组微针疗法治疗，两组均连续治疗6个月。比较两组患者治疗6个月后的临床疗效、瘢痕改善情况、治疗前后的瘢痕凹陷度及光滑度评分、血清炎症因子水平，以及治疗期间不良反应的发生情况。结果 (1)治疗后，观察组的总有效率(94.00%)高于对照组(80.00%)(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后，两组患者的痤疮瘢痕临床评估量表权重评分、温哥华瘢痕量表评分、瘢痕凹陷度及光滑度得分，以及血清IL-10、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前，且观察组的上述指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。(3)治疗期间，观察组的不良反应发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(16.00%)(P<0.05)。结论 与单纯rb-bFGF治疗相比，rb-bFGF联合微针疗法治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者的效果更佳，可以更好地减轻瘢痕凹陷度，提高瘢痕光滑度，降低机体炎症因子水平，有利于痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的修复，安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(rb-bFGF) combined with microneedle therapy for the treatment of patients with acne depressed scars. Methods A total of 100 patients with acne depressed scars were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group or observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rb-bFGF, based on which the observation group was treated with microneedle therapy. Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months. The 6-month post-treatment clinical efficacy, scars improvements, pre-and post-treatment scores of depression degree and smoothness of scars, serum inflammatory factors levels, as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results(1) After treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group(94.00%) was higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P<0.05).(2) After treatment, the échelle d′évaluation Clinique des Cicatrices d′Acné weight score, Vancouver Scar Scale score, and scores of depression degree and smoothness of scars, as well as serum IL-10 and TNF-α levels of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the aforementioned indices of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).(3) During treatment, the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.00%) was lower than that in the control group(16.00%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with simple rb-bFGF therapy, rb-bFGF combined with microneedle for treating patients with acne depressed scars exerts a more favorable effect, and can preferably relieve depression degree of scars, improve scars′ smoothness, decrease the body′s inflammatory factors levels, as well as is beneficial to the repair of acne depressed scars, exerting a high safety.更多还原
