【Abstract】 Under the background of “double-carbon”, the upgrading and transformation of China’s traditional chemical industry cannot be separated from the iterative transformation of digital, intelligent and green technologies in the chemical industry. Green engineering literacy and digital literacy have become the inevitable choice of chemical talents training reform.
