遥感铁军精神融入高校人才培养的研究与实践

【摘要】 新时代背景下，国家对于高质量人才需求日益增加。然而，当前高校人才培养过程中品德教育、心理教育、体能教育等面临着新挑战。该文基于遥感领域人才培养，提出遥感铁军精神，系统阐述遥感铁军精神内涵及融入高质量人才培养价值意蕴，并以北华航天工业学院遥感信息工程学院为例进行研究与实践。研究表明，遥感铁军精神融入人才培养新实践，对于推动高校人才培养高质量发展有着重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the context of the new era, the national demand for high-quality talents is increasing. However, in the process of talent cultivation in colleges and universities, character education, psychological education, physical education and so on are facing new challenges. Based on the talent training of remote sensing field, this paper puts forward the spirit of remote sensing iron army,systematically expounds the connotation of remote sensing iron army spirit and the value of integrating into high-quality talent training, and takes the School of Remote Sensing Information Engineering of North China Institute of Astronautics Technology as an example to practice. The research shows that integrating the spirit of remote sensing iron army into the new practice of talent training is of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of college talent training.更多还原
