以慕课为基础在生物化学实验课程中引入情景设计式开放实验

【摘要】 生物化学实验课程是一门与生物科学相关的专业基础必修课，是配合生物化学理论课程的实验课程。2018年底南京大学第一个实验操作型慕课生物化学实验正式上线。以慕课为基础的生化实验教学改革，即以情景设计式开放实验为特色的生物化学实验课程，由此展开。情景设计式开放实验即以真实实验过程为基础，设计实验中的障碍、问题、缺陷和不足，引导学生设计实验，解决问题并进行实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Biochemistry Experiments course is a basic compulsory course related to biological science, which is an experimental course matching with theoretical Biochemistry course. At the end of 2018, the first experimental operation-oriented MOOC Biochemistry Experiment in Nanjing University was online. After more than two years of online and offline teaching practice, we summarized the experience of biochemical experiment teaching reform based on MOOC, that is, the biochemical experiment course characterized by open experiment based on scenario design, which in open experiment is based on the real experimental process to propose the obstacles, problems, defects and deficiencies in the experiment, guide students to design experiment protocols in order to solve the problems, at last to carry out the practice.更多还原
