鸡毒害艾美耳球虫病防控技术研究进展

【摘要】 毒害艾美耳球虫是致病力最强的鸡球虫虫种之一,可引起鸡急性小肠球虫病,每年给全球养鸡业造成重大经济损失。饲料添加抗球虫药及活卵囊疫苗免疫仍为当前防控小肠球虫病的主要手段,然而大量抗球虫药物的长期使用导致临床虫株出现广泛而严重的耐药性,特别缺乏针对毒害艾美耳球虫的特效药物,而现有鸡球虫病活疫苗对于毒害艾美耳球虫的免疫保护效果仍有待提高。近年来,国内外学者针对毒害艾美耳球虫的药物及疫苗做了大量研究工作,论文对近年来关于毒害艾美耳球虫病防控技术的研究进展进行总结归纳,以期为治疗毒害艾美耳球虫病的药物研发及疫苗研制提供参考。

【Abstract】 Eimeria necatrix is one of the most pathogenic coccidiosis, which can cause a serious intestinal damage with significant economic loss in the global poultry industry.Anti-coccidial drugs and live coccidiosis vaccine are the main measures to prevent and control avain coccidiosis.However, the long-term use of a large number of anti-coccidial drugs causes extensive and serious drug resistance of clinical strains, especially the lack of specific drugs against Eimeria necatrix,and the immune protective effect of the existing live vaccines for avian coccidiosis against Eimeria necatrix still needs to be improved.In recent years, lots of novel anticoccidiosis drugs and vaccines have been studied and reported, we summarized and reviewed all these advanced researches about prevention and control technologies against Eimeria necatrix,which provided valuable reference for the research and development of new drugs and new vaccines for Eimeria necatrix.
