【Abstract】 With the development of digital intelligence technology, the smart reading promotion service in colleges and universities has put forward new challenges and requirements for the ability of reading promoters. This paper introduces the concept of empowerment, constructs the training mode of reading promoters’ empowerment in university libraries, and puts forward four guarantee strategies, that is, making rules and regulations, establishing collaborative training institutions for reading promoters, designing curriculum system for smart reading promotion service, and establishing information resource management platform for empowerment training.更多还原
