【Abstract】 The current name, connotation and constitution of “new social class” have not been adaptable to the development requirement of the era. It is suggested that “new social class” should be replaced by “professional staff of non-public ownership” and be definitely defined as “a social group mainly composed of intellectuals who have grown up in the non-public sectors in the process of establishing and improving the socialist market economy system since the reform and opening-up”,which mainly contains managing technicians of privately-run enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises, and managers, professionals and freelancers of private professional services and social organizations. The united front work towarding the professionals of non-public ownership shall focus on the the professional staff of non-public ownership who have higher professional level, competence and influence.更多还原
