超大幕墙开启扇抗风性能和疲劳寿命研究

【摘要】 为获得风荷载下超大幕墙受力特点,了解结构应力分布,文中利用有限元计算超大幕墙在风压时程和风压极值两种状态下的受力情况,得到不同开启角下的最不利工况。结果表明绝大部分工况下结构均在弹性阶段工作,所有工况均未超过极限状态,其中连接件相对受力较大,结构在水平风向角90°附近达到最大值。根据P-M准则,计算结构的疲劳损伤,开启角保持20°时损伤最大,但均小于疲劳极限,满足服役需要。

【Abstract】 To obtain the stress characteristics of oversized curtain walls under wind load and summarize the stress distribution, the finite element is applied to calculate the stress of oversized curtain walls under the instantaneous and extreme wind pressure. The most unfavorable working conditions is obtained by comparing the strain of the curtain wall. The results indicated that most of the working conditions of the structure work in the elastic stage, and all working conditions do not exceed the limit state. The connecting parts have high stress levels, and the structure reaches its maximum near the horizontal wind direction angle of 90°. According to the P-M criterion, the fatigue damage of the structure is calculated, which is always less than the fatigue limit and meets the usage needs, and this damage reaches the maximum if the opening angle remains at 20°.
