内、外圈相对倾斜对圆柱滚子轴承负荷和接触应力的影响
Effect of Relative Inclination of Inner and Outer Rings on Load Distribution and Contact Stress of Cylindrical Roller Bearing
【摘要】 应用经典的滚动轴承理论以及“切片法”的基本思想,采用Romax Designer工程分析软件对某大兆瓦风电机组齿轮箱圆柱滚子轴承负荷分布和接触应力分布进行分析,重点研究了内、外圈相对倾斜对轴承负荷分布和接触应力的影响。研究结果表明:随着内、外圈相对倾斜量的增大,最大载荷减小,负荷分布趋于均匀,同时滚子与套圈间的最大接触应力随之增大。
【Abstract】 Based on the classical rolling bearing theory and the basic idea of "slicing method", the load distribution and contact stress distribution of cylindrical roller bearing sued in a large MW wind turbine gearbox were analyzed in depth using the engineering analysis software Romax Designer. The effect of the relative inclination of the inner and outer rings on the load distribution and contact stress of the bearing was emphatically studied. The results show that although the maximum load is decreased and the load distribution tends to be uniform with the increase of the inclination of the inner ring relative to the outer ring, the maximum contact stress between the roller and the rings is increased.
