6种低毒杀虫剂及复配对菊小长管蚜的毒力及防治效果

【摘要】 为筛选防治菊小长管蚜有效药剂,选择低毒杀虫剂质量分数0.3%印楝素乳油、质量分数1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂、质量分数0.6%苦参碱水剂、质量分数1.8%阿维菌素乳油、质量分数25%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂、质量分数20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂,并将氯虫苯甲酰胺和吡虫啉进行复配,进行室内毒力测定,依据毒力测定的结果进行盆栽防治试验。结果表明:质量分数0.3%印楝素乳油和质量分数1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂对菊小长管蚜的毒力较高,48 h致死中浓度(LC50)分别为0.266、0.347 mg/L,而质量分数25%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂和质量分数20%氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂的毒力较低;通过交互测定法筛选得出氯虫苯甲酰胺与吡虫啉复配后有效成分质量比为44.07∶1时,毒效比率为1.70,增效作用最大。盆栽防治试验,吡虫啉及复配的防治效果更高且持效期长,质量分数1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂、质量分数0.3%印楝素乳油质量浓度分别为9 mg/L,药后7 d的防治效果最高,质量分数1.5%除虫菊素水乳剂、质量分数0.3%印楝素乳油防治效果分别为86.95%和94.26%,药后14 d的防治效果分别降到81.38%和89.42%;25%吡虫啉可湿性粉剂质量浓度为20 mg/L,药后7 d,防治效果为95.09%,药后14 d的防治效果达到98.90%;复配药剂质量浓度为180 mg/L,药后7 d,防治效果为97.68%,药后14 d的防治效果达到99.00%。

【Abstract】 In order to screen the effective insecticides for the prevention and control of Macrosiphoniella sanborni, the low-toxicity insecticides 0.3% azadirachtin EC, 1.5% pyrethrin EW, 0.6% matricine AS, 1.8% avermectin EC, 25% imidacloprid WP and 20% chlorantraniliprole SC were selected, and the combination of chlorantraniliprole and imidacloprid was tested in laboratory. According to the results of the toxicity test, pot control experiment was carried out. The results of toxicity determination showed that 0.3% azadirachtin EC and 1.5% pyrethrin EW had higher toxicity against the M. sanborni, with 48 h medial lethal concentration(LC50) of 0.266 and 0.347 mg/L, respectively. The toxicity of 25% imidacloprid WP and 20% chlorantraniliprole SC was lower. When the active ingredient of the mixture of chlorantraniliprole and imidacloprid was 44.07∶1, the toxicity ratio was 1.70 and the synergistic effect was the highest. The pot experiment showed that the control efficacy of imidacloprid and compound insecticide was higher and the duration was longer. The control efficacy of 1.5% pyrethrin EW and 0.3% azadirachtin EC at mass concentration of 9 mg/L, respectively, was the highest 7 d after the treatment, and the control efficacy of 1.5% pyrethrin EW and 0.3% azadirachtin EC was 86.95% and 94.26%, respectively, 14 d after treatment, the control efficacy dropped to 81.38% and 89.42%, respectively. The control effect of 25% imidacloprid WP with the content of 20 mg/L was 95.09% at 7 d after the treatment, and 98.90% at 14 d after the treatment. The control effect of compound insecticide with mass concentration of 180 mg/L was 97.68% at 7 d after the treatment, and 99.00% at 14 d after the treatment.
