甘油酯水解酶和大豆溶血磷脂对白羽肉鸡脂肪代谢的影响
Effects of glycerol hydrolase and soybean lysophospholipid on lipid metabolism in white feather broilers
【摘要】 研究甘油酯水解酶(Glycerol hydrolase,GH)和大豆溶血磷脂(Soybean lysophospholipid,SL)对肉鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性和脂肪代谢关键酶基因表达的影响,选取1日龄Ross-308白羽肉鸡288羽,随机分为四组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础日粮上添加200 mg·kg-1SL、200 mg·kg-1GH和200 mg·kg-1SL+200 mg·kg-1GH,开展为期42 d试验。结果表明,(1)与对照组比,各试验组料重比均显著降低(P<0.05);(2)与对照组比,各试验组血清中甘油三酯含量均显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量显著降低(P<0.05),试验Ⅲ组肝脏载脂蛋白A和载脂蛋白B含量显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组肝脏游离脂肪酸含量显著升高(P<0.05);(3)与对照组比,试验Ⅰ、Ⅲ组十二指肠淀粉酶活性显著升高(P<0.05),各试验组肝脏中脂肪酸合成酶、苹果酸酶、硬脂酰辅酶A去饱和酶基因mRNA相对表达量均显著升高(P<0.05),其中试验Ⅲ组三者相对表达量显著高于其余各组(P<0.05)。可知,白羽肉鸡日粮中添加GH和SL比单独添加GH或SL,有效提高白羽肉鸡生长性能、肠道消化酶活性、脂肪代谢、合成关键酶基因表达。
【Abstract】 The study was to investigate the effects of glycerol hydrolase(GH) and soybean lysophospholipid(SL) on growth performance, intestinal digestive enzyme activities, and gene expression of lipid metabolism key enzymes in white feather broilers. Two hundred eighty-eight one-dayold Ross-308 white feathered broilers were randomly divided into a control group and three treatment groups: group I(SL: 200 mg·kg-1), group Ⅱ(GH: 200 mg·kg-1) and group Ⅲ(SL+GH: 200 mg·kg-1+200mg·kg-1). The control group was fed the basal diet. All of the broilers were fed their corresponding diet for 42 consecutive days. The results showed that:(1) Compared with the control group, feed-weight rate was significantly reduced in all the experimental groups(P<0.05).(2) The serum triglycerides were significantly lower in all the experimental groups(P<0.05), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol was significantly lower in experiment groups I and Ⅲ(P<0.05), liver Apolipoprotein A and B were significantly higher in experiment group Ⅲ(P<0.05), and liver free fatty acids were significantly higher in all the experimental groups(P<0.05).(3) Duodenal amylase was significantly higher in experiment groups I and Ⅲ(P<0.05), the mRNA relative expression of fatty acid synthase, malic enzyme and stearoyl-CoA desaturase were significantly higher in the liver of all the experiment groups(P<0.05), and group Ⅲ was the highest(P<0.05). Overall, the compounds of GH and SL could increase the growth performance, intestinal digestive enzyme activities, and gene expression of lipid metabolism key enzymes in broilers compared to the single addition of GH or SL.
