【Abstract】 The rapid development of the digital economy has brought new models, new formats, and new spaces to the software industry, and has also led to an increasingly urgent demand for compound software talents. In response to prominent issues such as the large gap of compound software talent cultivation, the inconspicuous effect in collaborative education between industry and education, and the imperfect quality assurance mechanisms of software talents, this paper proposes a "standard guidance, progressive ability, and accurate education" software talent cultivation model, which constructs a results-oriented talent cultivation system, implements the training mechanism based on the software development process, innovates personalized talent quality evaluation mechanisms, and cultivates high-quality compound software technical skilled talents needed by the society and effectively supporting the development of the software industry.更多还原
