【摘要】 目前，中国冰球运动正处于复兴时期。然而，由于对冰球文化内涵缺乏深刻的认识，致使冰球运动发展存在文化失范现象。文章通过文献资料法、专家访谈法对当前冰球运动发展中的文化失范现象进行研究，旨在推进中国冰球运动健康持续地发展。研究认为，按照默顿失范理论分析，我国冰球运动发展存在着创新型失范、仪式型失范、反抗型失范、退却型失范4种文化失范现象，具体表现为冰球运动发展体制机制不畅、国家队主力球员全部来自归化运动员、冰球运动核心的团队精神和合作意识正在流失、冰球赛场暴力现象呈现集体群氓。未来中国冰球运动发展应遵循冰球运动内在规律和社会主流价值，重塑冰球文化的团队意识和战斗精神，体教融合传承校园冰球文化，探索以职业化运作为主导的冰球文化发展模式，建立行业联盟的冰球文化共同体、形成培育冰球文化的社会合力，多举措推进中国冰球运动发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Currently, ice hockey in China is experiencing a period of revival. However, due to a lack of profound understanding of the cultural connotations of ice hockey, there exists a cultural deviance phenomenon in its development. This paper aims to study the cultural deviance phenomenon in the current development of ice hockey through literature review and expert interviews, with the goal of promoting the healthy and sustainable development of ice hockey in China. Based on the analysis of Merton’s theory of deviance, the study believes that there are four kinds of cultural deviance in the development of ice hockey in China: innovative deviance, ritual deviance, resistance deviance, and retreat deviance. Specifically, these deviations manifest as a lack of smooth institutional mechanisms in the development of ice hockey, the reliance on naturalized athletes for the national team, the diminishing team spirit and cooperative consciousness at the core of ice hockey, and the emergence of collective hooliganism in ice hockey matches.The future development of ice hockey in China should adhere to the inherent law of the sport and mainstream social values.It should reshape the team consciousness and fighting spirit of ice hockey culture, promote the integration of sports and education, inherit ice hockey culture in schools, explore a development model for ice hockey culture with a focus on professional operation, establish an ice hockey cultural community within the industry alliance, cultivate a collective social force to foster ice hockey culture. And take multiple measures to promote the development of ice hockey in China.更多还原
