【摘要】 出口产品升级是提升我国高技术产业出口贸易竞争力的重要途径，而高技术产业集聚则是促进出口产品升级的关键动力之一。基于2010—2019年省级面板数据，实证检验了我国高技术产业集聚对出口产品升级影响和作用机制。研究表明：(1)高技术产业集聚能够促进出口产品升级；(2)高技术产业集聚可以通过提高技术创新能力和对外开放程度促进出口产品升级；(3)高技术产业集聚对出口产品升级的正向效应在东部与西部地区、电子及通信设备制造业以及上游关联企业中表现得更加显著；(4)教育水平在高技术产业集聚与出口产品升级的关系中具有负向调节作用。因此，应加大高新技术产业投入、提高对外开放程度、鼓励企业创新、推进高技术产业均衡发展，同时充分发挥高技术产业集聚在低教育水平地区的技术溢出效应，以全面促进高技术产业出口产品升级，提升我国高技术产业的贸易竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The upgrading of export products serves as an important way to enhance China’s trade competitiveness of high-tech industry, and the high-tech industry agglomeration is one of the key factors driving the upgrading of export products. Based on the provincial panel data from 2010 to 2019, this paper empirically examines the impact of high-tech industry agglomeration on the upgrading of export products and the influence mechanism. Research results are as follows.(1) High-tech industry agglomeration promotes the upgrading of export products.(2) High-tech industry agglomeration promotes the upgrading of export products through increasing the capability of technological innovation and the level of opening up.(3) The positive effect of high-tech industry agglomeration on the upgrading of export products is more significant in China’s eastern and western regions, electronic and communication equipment manufacturing, and upstream associated firms.(4) The impact of high-tech industry agglomeration on the upgrading of export products is negatively moderated by the educational level. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the investment in high-tech industry, deepen opening up, encourage firm innovation, promote balanced development of high-tech industry, and give full play to the technology spillover effect of high-tech industry agglomeration in areas with low-level education.
