【摘要】 皮肤病理学培训是皮肤性病科住院医师规范化培训的重要项目之一，四川大学华西医院皮肤性病科根据教学大纲要求和住院医师特点，设计了适用于皮肤科住院医师的皮肤病理教学方案。该方案将教学工作分为3个阶段：住院医师进入皮肤科病理室前的教学准备、皮肤病理室带教和出科后的后续教学，每个阶段都有具体可行的教学步骤。该院在7年的教学实践中不断完善教学方案，积极参加与同行的教学经验分享与讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dermatopathology training is a crucial aspect of the education and training of dermatology and venereology residents. This study designed a comprehensive pathology teaching program specifically for dermatology residents, based on an analysis of the teaching syllabus requirements and trainee characteristics. Our teaching plan was divided into three stages: pre-pathology room teaching preparation, pathology room teaching, and post-department guidance. Each stage was designed with specific, feasible and effective teaching steps. Over the course of seven years,we had actively shared our teaching experience with peers and continuously refined our program through practical application. Through this study, we hope to contribute to the improvement of dermatopathology training programs for dermatology and venereology residents.更多还原
