高峰值电压长寿命超宽带时域信号源
High Peak Voltage and Long Life UWB Time Domain Signal Source
【摘要】 设计了一款基于雪崩晶体管和Marx电路的超宽带(UWB)时域信号源,其具有较高的峰值电压、较快的上升沿、较窄的半脉宽、较高的重频、较长的寿命等特点。通过8路功率合成的方法,在电路成本较低的前提下,改善了输出电压饱和的问题,提高了信号源的输出电压。通过晶体管并联技术,在高峰值电压输出的情况下,提高了信号源的寿命。最终信号源实现了峰值电压10 kV,上升沿183 ps,半脉宽750 ps。在重频为20 kHz下,可以连续工作超过45 min。该信号源可用于对目标的探测、干扰、攻击和物质处理等领域。
【Abstract】 An ultra wide band(UWB) time domain signal source based on avalanche transistors and Marx circuits was designed, which has the characteristics of higher peak voltage, faster rising edge, narrower half-pulse width, higher repetition frequency, longer life, etc. Through the 8-way power combination method, under the premise of lower circuit cost, the problem of output voltage saturation was mitigated, and the output voltage of the signal source was increased. Through the parallel technology of transistors, the life time of the signal source was improved under the condition of high peak voltage output. Finally, the signal source achieves a peak voltage of 10 kV, a rising edge of 183 ps, and a half-pulse width of 750 ps. Under the repetition frequency of 20 kHz, it can work continuously for more than 45 min. This signal source can be well applied in target detection, jamming, attack and material disposal.
