【Abstract】 Translation is not only interlingual conversion but also cross-cultural communication, which is an important way to promote the spread of culture to the outside world.In the context of “Going Out”of Chinese culture, it is the responsibility and mission of every translator to translate culture-loaded words into target language, so that the target language readers can understand and accept Chinese culture.It evaluated the English translation of culture-loaded words in this paper in Xi Jinping’s The Governance of China(Ⅲ) and explored how it can realize the “Going Out”of Chinese culture from the perspective of cultural translation.更多还原
