【摘要】 基于高质量发展理念，围绕六个方面构建了长三角区域农业高质量发展指标体系，运用熵值法和Kernel密度估计法测度分析了长三角区域农业高质量发展水平及其动态演化特征，并利用Moran指数和空间计量模型检验农业高质量发展的空间相关性与影响因素。研究发现：长三角区域农业高质量发展总体水平保持稳步提升态势，但区域农业发展仍不协调；长三角区域农业高质量发展存在显著的空间集聚效应；城镇化水平、产业结构升级、社会消费水平、农村居民消费倾向、劳动力转移率及财政支农等多因素均对长三角区域农业高质量发展产生不同程度的影响，城镇化水平、产业结构升级和财政支农均产生了显著的正空间溢出效应，且劳动力转移率也产生了显著的负空间溢出效应。基于研究结论，提出要加快区域城镇化进程、推动地区产业结构升级、加大人才资源引进力度和提高政府重视程度的建议，以此推进长三角区域农业高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Following the concept of high-quality development, the regional agricultural high-quality development index system was constructed from six dimensions.The entropy and Kernel density estimation method were applied to measure and analyze the high-quality agricultural development level and dynamic evolution characteristics of the Changjiang River Delta region.Forthur, Moran index and spatial econometric model were used to examine the spatial correlation and driving factors of high-quality agricultural development.The research showed that: the overall level of high-quality agricultural development in the Changjiang River Delta region has been steadily improving, but the regional agricultural development is still uncoordinated; There is a significant spatial agglomeration effect of high-quality agricultural development in the Changjiang River Delta region; Urbanization level, industrial structure upgrading, social consumption level, rural residents’ consumption propensity, labor transfer rate and financial support to agriculture all have different degrees of influence on high-quality agricultural development in the Changjiang River Delta region.The level of urbanization, industrial structure upgrading, social consumption level, rural residents’ propensity to consume, labor transfer rate, and financial support to agriculture all have different degrees of influence on the high-quality agricultural development in the Changjiang River Delta region, and the level of urbanization, industrial structure upgrading and financial support to agriculture all have significant positive spatial spillover effects, and the labor transfer rate also has significant negative spatial spillover effects.Based on the findings of the study, it was proposed to accelerate the process of regional urbanization, promote the upgrading of regional industrial structure, increase the introduction of human resources, and improve the degree of government attention in order to promote high-quality agricultural development in the Changjiang River Delta region.更多还原
