【摘要】 泰山学院是山东省首批应用型大学建设高校，而分子生物学课程是生物技术专业的一门核心课程。基于该课程的教学模式和应用现状，在课程思政背景下进行了教学改革探索。在对教学目标重构的基础上，将思政目标合理融入，体现了专业课程和思政课的同向同行。通过科学史的教育、引入社会热点以及梳理知识点等方式挖掘课程思政元素，并将其合理融入课堂教学。通过线上和线下混合式教学、第二课程和创新能力的培养等措施对课程思政融入路径进行探索，同时采取多种措施提升专业教师的思政教学能力。通过教学改革，教学团队的理论和授课能力得到明显提高，学生在自身修养、专业素质和理想信念等方面也得到了提升。该课程的思政教学探索为分子生物学知识传授和思政育人目标的融合提供了有效途径，为构建高等学校全方位思政教育体系、落实高校立德树人根本任务奠定了基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taishan University is one of the first applied universities in Shandong Province.Molecular biology is a core course for biotechnology major. Based on the teaching mode and application status of this course, we explored the teaching reform of this course under the background of curriculum ideology and politics. Based on the reconstruction of the teaching objectives of this course, the ideological and political objectives were reasonably integrated, thus the professional courses and ideological and political courses were brought into the same direction.Through the education of scientific history, introducing social focus and combing the knowledge points, the ideological and political elements of this course were excavated and reasonably integrated into the class teaching.The path of integrating the ideological and political elements into the course was explored through various measures, including online and offline mixed teaching, the second course, the innovation ability’s cultivation, etc.. And many measures were taken to promote the ideological and political teaching ability of professional teachers. Through the teaching reform, the theory and teaching ability of the teaching team were notably improved, the self-ability, professional quality, and the ideals and beliefs of students were also improved. The ideological and political teaching exploration of this course provided an effective path for the integration of knowledge transferring and ideological and political education goals, which laid the foundation for the construction of the all-round ideological and political education system for colleges and universities.更多还原
