【摘要】 目的：探讨药剂科处方点评对门诊合理用药的影响。方法：选择2019年1月—2020年12月我院门诊400张处方，其中2019年1月—12月未经药剂科处方点评的200张处方作为实施前，2020年1月—12月经药剂科处方点评的200张处方作为实施后，比较实施前后门诊处方用药情况、门诊处方不规范情况及不合理情况。结果：实施后药品通用名、国家基本药物使用率高于实施前，抗菌药物使用率低于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实施后门诊处方前记、正文、后记不规范发生率低于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实施后处方不合理指标发生率低于实施前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：实施药剂科处方点评可减少不合理用药情况的发生，促使门诊更规范化用药，提高门诊用药质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of prescription reviews in pharmacy on rational drug use in outpatient clinics.Methods: A total of 400 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected. 200prescriptions without prescription review in pharmacy department from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as pre-implementation, and 200 prescriptions with prescription review in pharmacy department from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as post-implementation. The outpatient prescription medication, outpatient prescription irregularities and unreasonable situations before and after implementation were compared. Results: The utilization rate of generic names and national essential drugs after implementation was higher than that before implementation, and the utilization rate of antibacterial drugs was lower than that before implementation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of nonstandard prescript, text and postscript of outpatient prescriptions after implementation was lower than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of unreasonable prescription indicators after implementation was lower than that before implementation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The implementation of prescription reviews in the pharmacy department can reduce the occurrence of irrational drug use, promote more standardized drug use in outpatient clinics, and improve the quality of outpatient drug use.更多还原
