【摘要】 通过对四川省2019—2020年高校体育服务类毕业生就业创业面板数据(不含研究生)的分析，对目前高校体育服务类毕业生就业创业的“趋于饱和”“认可程度低”以及政策影响因素进行了阐述。通过数据整理，对毕业生就业创业率、流向等进行了分析研判。在文本综合研究的基础上，结合制约因素着重从宏观政策设计、专业及专业群建设以及学生综合素质三方面探讨了提升高校体育服务类毕业生就业创业质量的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the analysis of the employment and entrepreneurship panel data(excluding postgraduates) of college sports service graduates in Sichuan province from 2019 to 2020, the current “high saturation”, “low recognition degree” and policy impact factors of employment and entrepreneurship of sports service graduates in colleges are expounded. Through data sorting, the analysis and judgment of employment and entrepreneurship rate and flow direction of graduates are made analysis and judgment. Based on the comprehensive research of this paper, combined with the restrictive factors, the countermeasures to improve the employment and entrepreneurship quality of college sports service graduates are emphatically discussed from the aspects of macro policy design, specialty and specialty group construction and comprehensive quality of students.更多还原
