【Abstract】 Auricularia auricula, also known as wood fungus and tree ear, has a huge output in China and has high edible and medicinal value. Its main functional active component, A. auricula polysaccharide, has been proved to have bioactive functions such as antioxidant, anticoagulant, antitumor, hypoglycemic, regulating body immunity, reducing blood lipid, anti-microorganism, anti-radiation and so on.
