黑木耳多糖生物活性及应用研究进展
Research Progress on Biological Activity and Application of Auricularia auricula Polysaccharides
【摘要】 黑木耳又名木菌、树耳等,在我国产量巨大,具有很高的食用和药用价值。其主要活性成分黑木耳多糖,被证实具有抗氧化、抗凝血、抗肿瘤、降血糖、调节机体免疫、降血脂、抗微生物、抗辐射等生物活性功能。通过综述目前黑木耳多糖的生物活性及其应用研究进展,为深度开发和利用黑木耳多糖提供参考。
【Abstract】 Auricularia auricula, also known as wood fungus and tree ear, has a huge output in China and has high edible and medicinal value. Its main functional active component, A. auricula polysaccharide, has been proved to have bioactive functions such as antioxidant, anticoagulant, antitumor, hypoglycemic, regulating body immunity, reducing blood lipid, anti-microorganism, anti-radiation and so on. The biological activity and application of A. auricula polysaccharide were reviewed in order to provide reference for the further development and utilization of A. auricula polysaccharide.
